Margot Robbie has appealed to the public to not engage in sexual activity in huge piles of cash after reporting that a scene in The Wolf Of Wall Street gave her “a million paper cuts”.
The Australian actress, who famously starred in Martin Scorsese’s film surrounding the story of former millionaire stockbroker Jordan Belfort, stated that real money in much softer than fake film set money.
Back in 2017, Robbie was reported telling The Daily Beast “[She] got a million paper cuts on my back from all that money! It’s not as glamorous as it sounds.”
“Maybe real money is a bit softer, but the fake money is like paper, and when I got up off the bed, I turned around to get my robe and everyone gasped”, Robbie stated, going on to tell the interviews that her back was covered in scratches.
“The Wolf of Wall Street” is a 2013 biographical black comedy directed by Martin Scorsese, starring Leonardo DiCaprio. The film is based on the true story of Jordan Belfort, a stockbroker who became wealthy through fraud and corruption. It was a commercial success, grossing over $392 million at the box office worldwide.
