5 chicken wing spots you need to try ASAP

May 10 2021 Share

There was never a time when chicken wings were not poppin’, forever securing themselves a spot at the top of the mountain of legendary sides and as you’ve come to expect from us, we just HAD to compile a list of some of our favourite chicken wings spots around the island. Take a look below and see which one is your favourite!

You cannot compile a list of chicken wing greats without mentioning Novi. Their mouth-watering crispy wings are only complemented by their variety of delectable sauces.

Whether you want to pump up your adrenaline with their VERY HOT Diablo sauce or vibe out with some cool honey mustard, these wings are a national treasure.

Redefining the term ‘crispy chicken wings’, Bianca’s battered cajun wings are in a league of their own when it comes to texture and flavour, not to mention their irresistible dipping sauces.

Pair your wings with one of the many sides that Bianca’s have to offer and you have yourself a meal fit for royalty.

When the Hut introduced their signature set of Bone-in and Bone-out chicken wings, the pizza delivery game changed forever.

Boasting a mouth-watering list of sauces, you can order your wings in sets of 5, 8 or 15, if you’re feeling adventurous.

The place is named Crispy Flavoured Chicken, and rightly so, because this Għaxaq chicken spot took the island by storm when it first opened and has now opened up show in Żebbuġ.

From spicy wings to crispy nuggets and the classic chicken pieces if you want to go big, CFC has become a staple for fried chicken in Malta and we can understand why.

A local OG when it comes to burgers, but this spot’s chicken wings are relatively under the radar and somewhat of a hidden gem in the Badass menu.

Barbecue sauce like you’ve never seen before with the comforting crisp you expect from chicken wings, definitely a must try.

Got a suggestion? Did we miss one of your favourite spots? Comment below and let us know!

May 10 2021 Share

Rosianne Cutajar took to Facebook to express her support of Destiny Chukunyere’s message regarding her outfit for the Eurovision Song Contest 2021. Rosianne stated that Destiny is delivering an important message that should not be ignored. ‘In a world where everyone is trying to be liked; in a society which continuously tells women what to do, what to wear, how to look, and what to want in life’ said Rosianne; ‘an 18-year-old youth decided to reject this stereotype and to do what she feels comfortable doing.’

Rosianne added that Destiny did this confidently and autonomously, and this is not just a lesson to society but also a positive decision which will impact other women and girls who are unfortunately targeted by society. She concluded by stating that she has full trust in what Destiny decides to do as an artist and woman.

Answering a question on a podcast, controversial priest Fr David Muscat was asked whether throughout his service in the church he ever masturbated, watched pornography or swore. Fr David answered yes to all of them and admitted that he feels immensely guilty after he does so, admitting and confessing to his personal spiritual teacher.

He states that whenever he does so he is going against the commandments, specifically the sixth commandment when it comes to masturbation, labelling it as going against nature, and the first commandment when it comes to swearing. He admits that swearing possibly stems from his father’s past as a sailor and band club owner.
