Malta’s Got Talent is set to return for its second season this winter and applications have already closed.

Joemike and Lydon became the winners of the very first edition of Malta’s Got Talent in 2020 – and now 4 judges will be on the look out for the winner of Malta’s Got Talent season 2.

Malta’s Got Talent has dropped a teaser about who the judges might be, hinting out that some might remain from season 1. But there might be some panel changes this time around.

Our investigative instincts have helped us to identify at least one of these judges, being none other than beloved Instagrammer and VIBE FM radio host, Valentina Rossi.

Rossi has done it all during her career – from presenting on radio to presenting and acting on national tv. She also boasts an extensive career in modelling, making Rossi a perfect pick to judge the talent competition.

Do you think we’ve got it right? … And who do you think will be joining her on the judges’ table?

Through a video celebrating Police Day, Police Commissioner Angelo Gafa revealed that theft in Malta has been reduced to the lowest levels in the past 25 years.

Also celebrating 208 years since the Police Corps were founded, the commissioner highlighted some of the important works the island’s police force engaged in.

He emphasised how, due to gaining immense trust with the Maltese public, the corp was able to reduce theft crimes to such levels as well as provide services for victims of domestic abuse.

Gafa also spoke about how the corps managed both the March general election and the visit by Pope Francis all in the span of a few weeks. Gafa said that this was all thanks to a transformative strategy which ensures the wellbeing of the officers in the corp.

The police officers are being trained mentally and physically to take on split-second decisions with professionalism, as these can mean life or death for many in or out of the police force.

He also stated how the police corp were instrumental in getting Malta off the FATF grey-list through investigations and rigorous work. Saying that he is full of courage and excitement for the future, Gafa thanked all those who work on the force and everyone who hands them their support.
