Addressing a press conference, Prime Minister Robert Abela has revealed that vaccine certificates for those who received the jab can be downloaded starting tomorrow 1st June. The certificate can be downloaded from certifikatvaccin.gov.mt on the same day tourism is set to restart.

The vaccine certificate means that there will no longer be a need for a PCR test when returning from a foreign country. This, of course, only applies if you have the certificate – should one not have a certificate, a test is still mandatory. Malta will join a common system with the EU once this system is put in place. The certificate will also start to allow visits to pension homes and further measure easing.

The new instalment to the MCU’s Spider-Man franchise is set to include Willem Dafoe reprising his role as Green Goblin/Norman Osborn. Dafoe took on the role in the first Spider-Man big screen take, directed by Sam Raimi and starring Robey Maguire as the web-slinging neighbourhood hero.

Dafoe is also rumoured to be the film’s main villain, leading a version of the Sinister Six. Doctor Octopus will also be portrayed by Alfred Molina who took on the role in Spider-Man 2, along with Jamie Foxx’s Electro from the second ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ film. Tom Holland is up against some difficult odds in this upcoming film as these are seasoned classical villains who are out to get revenge on the young hero.
