Toy poodle called 'World's Cutest Dog' goes viral for being completely round

A Japanese toy poodle by the name of ‘Mohu’ has gained global social media fame in addition to her ‘world’s cutest dog title’ for being completely round.

The Osaka-based canine now boasts an Instagram following of 100,000-strong, with followers from all around the world adoring the dog’s cute spherical shape.

In addition to her vast Instagram following, Mohu also commands a strong presence on TikTok, with over 31,000 following her account to tune into her day-to-day activities such as playing with her toys, chilling on her beanbag or even playing football, with videos reaching as much as four million views.

Mohu’s owner Nanae has stated that the toy poodle’s personality is mature and slow-paced, revealing that she is constantly bombarded with looks and questions on her breed.

President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola has been honoured with a billboard in Ukraine after showing support towards the country’s people earlier this year.

“I got emotional seeing this billboard put up in Irpin, Ukraine, that witnessed such horror, whose people inspired the world”, Metsola stated in a recent Instagram post.

She went on to state that the European Parliament will not leave Ukraine’s side and will not stop fighting for justice and accountability for what the country has endured under Russian occupation.

The billboard, set up in Irpin, reads “The world of brave people #ThanksForTheSupport” and highlights Metsola’s words of encouragement alongside multiple other world leaders in the face of Russia’s occupation of Ukraine in 2022.

“Winter is coming”: local weather page forecasts winter weather to begin on January 6th

While we’re all appreciating the spell of sunny weather this festive season, the arrival of cold, sharp Winter weather looms on the horizon, local weather page ‘It-Temp Madwarna’ has reported.

The weather page forecasts that not only is Winter coming, but it will be fixed until April like the past few years, with the dramatic change in weather to start around Epiphany, which happens on January 6th.

As we continue to enjoy the sunny December weather before the expected sharp change, weather conditions today are to remain relatively sunny with spells of fog and humidity in the afternoon. Temperatures will reach highs of 19°C which may feel like 21°C at times and lows of 12°C.

Meanwhile, the Met Office’s 7-day forecast also anticipates sunny weather, but forecasts temperature highs of 18°C and lows of 14°C.

Kabosu, the world-famous shiba inu who inspired the now-iconic ‘doge’ meme is “seriously ill” with leukemia and liver disease, its owner has revealed.

The 17-year-old canine reportedly stopped eating and drinking on Christmas Eve, with a series of posts by her owner in Japan revealing that “Kabosu’s disease names are acute cholangiohepatitis and chronic lymphoma leukemia.”

On Wednesday, the Instagram user @kabosumama reported that the dog’s appetite had returned and she is also drinking water, with antibiotics set to improve Kabosu’s conditions.

Millions around the world gathered in support and prayer for the dog who has become an icon of the digital world, holding an unparalleled influence on meme culture and even cryptocurrency, with the meteoric rise of ‘Dogecoin’ in recent year’s.

Here’s wishing Kabosu a speedy recovery.
