Sep 30 2022 Share

Just when you thought the news of ‘Deadpool 3’ couldn’t get any better, a rumour has surfaced that Tom Holland’s Spider-Man may be joining the superhero movie’s star-studded cast.

After single-handedly breaking the internet upon revealing that ‘Deadpool 3’ is happening, Ryan Reynolds upped the ante when he revealed that Hugh Jackman will join the flick as Wolverine.

Beyond the fact that Deadpool and Spider-Man are a fan favourite duo in the Marvel Comics, they will now both form part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and a Twitter account named ‘MCU Source’ suggested that Holland’s friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man will have a cameo in the unhinged mercenary’s third outing.

With all the talk of X-Men in Deadpool 2 and Patrick Stewart’s Professor X appearing alongside a slew of Marvel heroes in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, we can’t wait to see what’s in store for the MCU.

Italy’s SuperEnalotto approaches the €300 Million mark

Italy’s SuperEnalotto approaches the €300 Million mark
Sep 30 2022 Share

Could someone from Malta take down the Godfather of Italian Lottery Jackpots?

The Italians love their lottery, and the reason is plain to see. With three weekly draws plus no cap on rollovers, Italy’s SuperEnalotto jackpots can quickly grow to become some of the biggest in the world.

Betting on the SuperEnalotto jackpot here in Malta could not be easier. You could be in with a chance to win this week’s colossal jackpot for just €2 at Lottoland – now that’s an offer you can’t refuse!

Malta daily Facebook 970x90

SuperEnalotto jackpots can even eclipse those of EuroMillions. The current record €209 million jackpot was won in August 2019. To win the jackpot you must match all six main numbers.

Special Offer – 3 Chances for €2

Whether you’re a big-time lotto lover or a newcomer to the game, there has never been a better time to try your luck at the Italian SuperEnalotto jackpot.

That’s because for a few days only, Lottoland is giving all new customers from Malta the chance to turn €2 into a pile of millions with 2 extra bets.

It costs just €2 to bet on this week’s whopping nine-figure jackpot, and you’ll receive one standard bet plus two free ones, essentially tripling your chance of winning the big prize.

Here’s how to get started

1. Sign-up to Lottoland using this link
2. Get three SuperEnalotto bets
3. You will only be charged €2

The SuperEnalotto draw takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 20:00, so make sure to claim this 3 for €2 offer as the top prize is currently approaching the €300 Million mark. Once the jackpot is won it will drop all the way back down to its guaranteed minimum of €1.3 million, and it will take a while for it to climb back up to the current record levels.

SuperEnalotto also includes a ‘Jolly Number’, which is similar to a bonus ball, and is used to decide the winner of the second prize tier. An advantage of having three draws a week as opposed to two is that the jackpot can grow faster! SuperEnalotto is drawn in Rome every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 8pm.

The SuperEnalotto jackpot starts at a pretty impressive €1.3 million and then grows without any cap or limit, creating the potential for huge wins.

This lottery is very popular because it gives players the chance to win big jackpots for a relatively low stake. With SuperEnalotto you can win hundreds of millions of euros, having bet just €2!

So drop the cannolis, take a shot and make it your best one with Lottoland’s exclusive 3 for 1 offer today!

The offer must be redeemed by clicking on and signing up through the link provided in the article above. The promotion expires on 30th October 2022 at 23:59 CET. Offer is available to new customers only. Offer is redeemable once per player. Winnings from the free bets are paid out in cash (not bonus money). Lottoland replicates the payout structure of the official lottery draw and for this reason, winning bets in tiers 1-3 are subject to a 12% reduction to be in line with local Italian gambling winnings. These terms are supplemental to Lottoland’s Promotional Terms and Conditions which are found here.

Traffic & confusion in Ħaż-Żebbuġ after major roundabout removed

Traffic & confusion in Ħaż-Żebbuġ after major roundabout removed
Sep 30 2022 Share

If you were anywhere near Ħaż-Żebbuġ this morning, you may have experience a fair bit of traffic and many commuters, residents and politicians have gone public to express their concern on the matter.

A vital roundabout in one of the village’s main arteries was reportedly removed as part of the Ħaż-Żebbuġ-Siggiewi junction, with a smaller one painted atop the road in its place.

PN MP and spokesperson for Lands and Consumer Rights Rebekah Borg stated that such a decision has cause major confusion and “no one can understand what is happening.”

Borg went on to state that, apart from the fact that all of the surrounding roads have become one ways and do not make sense, the residents were never consulted on the matter and remain concerned at the state of their roads.

What do you make of the matter?
