In 2010, Justin was honoured to work on Game of Thrones Season 1, where he was entrusted by the legendary Paul Engelen to design the Dothraki body paint for the iconic wedding of Daenerys and Drogo. This role gave him the opportunity to collaborate with stars like Jason Momoa and Sean Bean, creating unforgettable behind-the-scenes memories.

The following year, he created makeup for Sarah Lee Zammit in The Devil’s Double, portraying a cabaret performer inspired by one of Uday Hussein’s rumoured lovers. This role came through the support of Marcelle Genovese, and the film also starred Dominic Cooper.

Earlier in his career, Justin was privileged to contribute to landmark films such as Gladiator (2000) and Troy (2004), productions that played a significant role in establishing Malta as a prominent location in cinematic history.

Reflecting on recent events, Justin praised the Golden Bee Awards 2025 for celebrating Malta’s rich film heritage. The awards served as a spectacular tribute to the island’s enduring legacy in the world of cinema.
