On February 1, 2025, the Gozo Expo and Conference Centre at Teatru Aurora was transformed into a hub of artistic expression and style for Threads of Love—an unforgettable fashion showcase as part of the INHOBBOK – Valentine’s in Gozo celebrations.
Organised by Il-Hjata Bespoke, the event celebrated emerging designers, blending innovation with cultural heritage.
Founder Vickyann Xuereb was deeply moved by the overwhelming support from the audience.
A passionate advocate for fashion, she created this platform to provide opportunities for young Gozitan designers who, like her, once dreamed of a career in fashion but lacked the means to pursue it.
Through Threads of Love, talented individuals—including Sakana, Andre, Mattia, Ivana, and SaraCristina—brought their creative visions to life, proving that perseverance and passion can overcome any challenge.
The evening’s excitement was further enhanced by Daniel Formosa, a promising new talent in jewelry design.
His exquisite pieces, showcased alongside the Il-Hjata Bespoke Collection 2025, reflected both contemporary craftsmanship and Gozo’s rich cultural heritage.
The Il-Hjata Bespoke 2025 Collection captivated the audience, featuring a harmonious blend of modern elegance and traditional techniques. Each meticulously crafted piece told a unique story, demonstrating the artistry and innovation behind the brand.
Models graced the runway with sophistication, bringing the designs to life in an inspiring display of movement and texture.
The event left a lasting impression, reinforcing Gozo’s role in the evolving world of fashion. Xuereb expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved, emphasising the importance of ethical fashion and community-driven creativity.
Threads of Love was more than just a showcase—it was a powerful statement on the future of fashion in Gozo.
