The Weeknd reveals 2022 tour dates

Whether it is music, fashion or trends enigmatic superstar The Weeknd has always been one to lead the wave and it seems like his is pioneering the concert resurgence as he announced his After Hours for 2022.

Covering most of North America and various spots around Europe, The Weekend has seemingly scrapped plans for 2021 due to the ongoing pandemic and is scheduled to start on 14 January 2022.

The pop star will headline this weekend’s Super Bowl LV halftime show where he is set to deliver another iconic performance.

Luke Lyttleton celebrates the return of his TikTok account

Maltese TikTok extraordinaire Luke Lyttleton was over the moon to announce the return of his TikTok account on Wednesday after his account was removed last week.

When asked why he was banned, Lyttleton (in disbelief) revealed that TikTok thought he was ‘underage’ and thus closed his account, only to bring it back a week later.

Two injuries following 4-car traffic incident in St. Paul’s Bay

Two people were taken to Mater Dei hospital following a traffic incident in St. Paul’s Bay on Wednesday evening.

District police and a medical team were called onto the scene after receiving reports of a 4-car incident in Mosta Road where a 59-year-old female passenger and 29-year-old Italian driver sustained light and grievous injuries respectively.

The other individuals involved in the incident did not sustain any injuries while police investigations are currently underway.

Calls for international facilitation of players following Sliema issue

Former national player Andre Schembri took to Facebook to criticise Sliema’s decision, calling for the Malta Football Association’s international facilitation of Maltese players.
