The winners of the Għażliet Sportivi Nazzjonali were unveiled during a televised broadcast on TVMSport+ and the Malta Sports Journalists Association’s Facebook page.
The 64th edition’s final night commenced with a Red Carpet event hosted by Lorraine Cunningham and Chris Falzon. Notable speakers included Hon. Clifton Grima, responsible for Education, Sport, Youth, Research, and Innovation, and Sandro Micallef, President of the Malta Sports Journalists Association, along with the presence of AIPS Europe President Charles Camenzuli.
This annual awards gala, organized by the Malta Sports Journalists Association and backed by the Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research, and Innovation, saw 12 distinctions announced during the live show, led by hosts Clinton Buhagiar and Janice Briffa.
Among them, seven were decided by jury votes, while others included the People’s Choice Award, International Sports Event of the Year, and the new Sport for Social Change Award, designated by the Malta Sports Journalists Association’s Executive Committee, with two additional accolades nominated by Special Olympics Malta.

People’s Choice Award – Sophie St. John (Gymnastics)
Special Olympics Athlete Man Award – Luke Burke (Bowling)
Special Olympics Athlete Woman Award – Nevice Grech (Bocce)
Sport for Social Change Award – Fgura United F.C.
Hall of Fame – Henry Brincat and Leonard Zammit
