An insanely hot week is to be expected up ahead as temperatures will be rising to around 40 degrees celsius for the first week of summer. The temperatures will go up from feeling around 36 degrees celsius to a sizzling 40 degrees by the end of this upcoming week (20th – 26th June).

The hot temperature will increase gradually, with UV racking up at 11 by the end of the week. Despite this being amazing for many sea lovers, it is wise to protect oneself against the heat and sunlight by wearing sun cream, finding shaded shelter and avoiding the peak hours of sunlight.

Jun 20 2021 Share

Eurovision 2021 winners Maneskin have made it to the UK top 10 of the UK singles char for the fist time. Their track ‘I Wanna Be Your Slave’ climbed up to 7th place after the band gained more fame following their victory with song ‘Zitti e Buoni.’ The popularity of Maneskin seems to be ushering in a wave of rock inspired music, after lead singer Damiano David declared ‘Rock and roll never dies’ as he held their Eurovision trophy in Rotterdam.

The UK top chart is also held by a guitar-driven track by Olivia Rodrigo for the fourth week in a row. Chart boss Martin Talbot stated that it has long been anticipated that rock would one day return to the Official Singles Chart ‘Few would have expected it to be pioneered by an ex-Disney Channel across and a Eurovision winning act.’

The Biden’s issued a statement saying that ‘in [their] most joyful moments and in our most grief-stricken days, he was there with us, sensitive to our every unspoken feeling and emotion.’

‘We love our sweet, good boy and will miss him always.’ Biden described how Champ still pull himself up and wag his tail despite his waning strength. When Biden was vice-president, Champ was described as being ‘happiest chasing golf balls on the front lawn of the Naval Observatory or racing to catch our grandchildren as they ran around our backyard in Delaware.’ Condolences to the Biden family as the loss of a pet is one of the most heartbreaking experiences one could endure.
