Stranger Things star, Finn Wolfhard who plays Mike Wheeler has said that fans can expect, the funnies, darkest and saddest season of sTranger Things yet!

Wolfhard said that every year the season gets ‘amped up’ just when they think it can’t get any darker, it does.
Stranger Things has to be put on hold because of COVID-19 but filming is now underway!

Man grievously injured after argument in Valletta

Yesterday, around 11:30 PM a man walked into the Valletta Police Station and reported that sometime before he was attacked by another man.

The man is a 51-year-old and is a Valletta resident. The police officers asked for medical assistance and he was then taken to Mater Dei.

Later on, in the evening the man was certified as having been grievously injured.

The police are investigating the case and are looking for the aggressor.

Malta records its first case of the South African COVID-19 variant

Malta has recorded its first case of the South African COVID-19 variant. Apart from this, 49 cases of the UK variant have also been found in Malta.

Scientists say that the South African variant spreads more easily, and is more resistant to one of the three approved COVID-19 vaccines.

All positive cases are currently in isolation and gene sequencing has been stepped up in order to increase monitoring.

North Korean hackers allegedly attempted to steal Pfizer COVID Vaccine

North Korean hackers allegedly attempted to steal the technology behind the Pfizer COVID vaccine.

The allegations were made by the South Korean intelligence agency. The agency said that North Korea had attempted to steal the information, however, it did not say if it had been successful.

Sources inside South Korea’s intelligence agency said that they believe that North Kore was more likely interested in selling the technology behind the vaccine rather than using it to develop their own homegrown vaccine.
