Steve Zammit Lupi Cycles from Malta to Sweden in 41 Days

Malta’s own cycling activist, Steve Zammit Lupi, has accomplished his mission, cycling from Malta all the way to Stockholm, Sweden, in 41 days.

It took Zammit Lupi a total of 36 riding days with just 5 rest days. The journey saw Zammit Lupi cycle through Italy, Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden, with hundreds of his friends and followers cheering him on from the island.

Zammit Lupi cycled a total of 4,400 km, with the longest ride being 211 km and the shortest ride being 42 km, averaging a daily ride of 120 km.

With the aim of safeguarding the integrity of the nation’s road safety measures, Transport Malta has revealed that the presented driving licenses are unequivocally fake, and the individuals depicted in these documents lack any valid driving licenses recorded within the Transport Malta databases.
