John Pillow, Mayor of Sliema has shared footage of teenagers entering a store and vandalising it by throwing a store display of merchandise onto the street.

The teen that smashed the display flees the scene alongside his friends before the store owner could get any information about them.

John Pillow uploaded the footage on his social media, asking the public to pass over any information about these teenagers to the police.

U.S swimmer Ryan Murphy had a memorable day at the Paris 2024 Olympics. He won bronze in the men’s 100m backstroke. marking his third Olympic medal in the event. But the highlight came when his wife surprised him with a special announcement.

According to the Wall Street Journal. Murphy’s wife, who is pregnant with their first child, held up a sign reading “It’s a girl !”

Murphy, who got married in September 2023, has often spoken about his wife’s positive influence. Earlier this year, he stated in an interview that she helps him keep things in perspective and reminds him to be kinder to himself when he gets too focused on perfectionism.

Murphy is set to compete in the men’s 200m backstroke today, July 31st, with high hopes for another medal.
