Spain’s dominance was evident, but they missed several chances, including opportunities for 16-year-old Lamine Yamal to become the youngest goal-scorer at the Euros.
Georgia, ranked 74th in the world, impressed by reaching their first major tournament knockout stage, highlighted by a 2-0 win over Portugal.
Today, France is first set to face Belgium, followed by Portugal’s match against Slovenia, with each team vying for a spot in the quarter finals.
