Christopher Plummer, the Canadian actor best known for his role in the Sound of Music, passed away aged 91.
Tributes poured in celebrating the life of the Hollywood legend who had an illustrious career in cinema, with his family reporting that Plummer passed peacefully in his Connecticut home with wife Elaine Taylor alongside him.
