A video sent to Malta Daily has captured a shocking scenario in Valletta, where multiple individuals were seen exiting the boot of a taxi.

The video, which has quickly gained attention, underscores a serious breach of safety regulations. Transporting passengers in the boot of a vehicle is not only illegal but highly dangerous, posing significant risk to the individuals involved.

This incident has led to calls for increased adherence to traffic and safety laws. It serves as a stark reminder of the importance of protecting passengers, especially young children, by using appropriate and safe methods of transportation. The community and authorities are urged to condemn these practices and work together to ensure such risky behaviors are not repeated, maintaining the safety and well-being of all road users in Malta.

He reiterated the government’s dedication to excellence in primary healthcare, emphasizing the ongoing efforts to enhance patient accessibility across Malta and Gozo.

The modernization initiative, supported by a €10 million grant from the National Development Social Fund (NDSF), reflects the government’s commitment to advancing healthcare infrastructure and services.
