Malta Eurovision winner Sarah Bonnici shared a sneak peek at what it takes to be a singer, beyond the singing and performances.

A lot goes behind the scenes to be a performer of high calibre, with weeks and months of training to be in the best shape for the final night.

A video shows Sarah at her masseuse and chiropractor as she unwinds from all the challenges the preparations for performance bring with it – as well as to prepare for the next performance. 

‘This year’s winner, Sarah Bonnici, is showing what an artist goes through, even the ugly and unpleasant times. Sarah is working to be at her 100% again, which we all know she’s capable of doing to represent Malta in the best possible way in Sweden.’

Speaking to MaltaDaily, host Gianni Żammit said that we can expect the X Factor Malta Season 4 contestants to expose their talent on stage, giving the audience an excellent experience.

Next Saturday will see the remaining four contestants – Amelia, Richard, Shanice and Lapes u Nadine – taking to the big stage to give their final performance before a winner is chosen. 

This of course comes after the rather controversial elimination of Sean Kamati and Mamaclay last weekend, with many fans saying that at least one of the aforementioned deserved a spot in the finale.

Driver At Risk Of Dying After Serious Gudja Crash

A 35 year old man resident of Ħal Kirkop was taken to Mater Dei Hospital yesterday at around 1600hrs following a serious traffic accident in Triq Ħal Far, Gudja. 

Preliminary investigations showed that a crash had taken place between a Kia Sportage driven by the victim and an Iveco Trakker truck driven by a 34 year old man resident of Birżebbuġa. 

A civil protection team also convened on site to help with the accident, with the man taken to Mater Dei with an ambulance. He was later certified as having suffered serious injuries. 

An inquiry has been opened and investigations are ongoing.
