Labour MP Omar Farrugia, the youngest member of Prime Minister Robert Abela’s cabinet, celebrates his 29th birthday today.

Omar Farrugia is the current Parliamentary Secretary for Public Works after having been elected for the first time in the 2022 election.

Despite being the youngest member of cabinet, Omar is not the youngest member of Malta’s parliament, with that being Nationalist MP Eve Borg Bonello.
