Few actors hold the legendary status of the late Robin Williams and beyond his extensive repertoire of iconic films, the beloved actor and comic reportedly wanted to add Harry Potter to the list.

Ahead of the 20th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, reports have emerged that the Oscar-winning comic originally pitched the idea of his participation in the film series to original director Christopher Columbus.

Williams initially entertained the idea of playing Hagrid, going on to later suggest taking on the role of Professor Remus Lupin but was turned down due to J.K. Rowling’s ‘British Rule’, banning the participation of any American actors.

29-year-old Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen has yet to receive permission to play in Italy the season following his cardiac arrest at Euro 2020. This was confirmed by Eriksen’s team Inter Milan who stated that he has been “temporarily inhibited by the Italian medical authority from sporting activity in the current season.”

Inter went on to say that while Eriksen’s current state does not meet Italy’s sporting fitness requirements, the same could be achieved in other countries where he would be able to resume sporting activity.

Eriksen has since had an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) device fitted, which is a type of pacemaker similar to what former Manchester United Daley Blind was fitted with.

What does the future hold for Christian Eriksen?
