Road Closures Around Msida Scheduled for Tonight

Dec 26 2024 Share

Infrastructure Malta has announced an overnight road closure for the southbound carriageway of Triq Mikiel Anton Vassalli (towards Valletta) this evening, 26th December, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

The closure is required to facilitate the installation of street lighting as part of preparations for the temporary route changes linked to the ongoing Msida Creek Project. This project aims to improve traffic management and infrastructure in the area.

Motorists traveling from Gżira or Kappara towards Valletta are encouraged to use the Regional Road towards Msida Valley Road during the closure.

Drivers are advised to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and follow detour signs to minimize delays.

Infrastructure Malta expressed gratitude for the public’s cooperation as they work to enhance the road network in the area. For more updates, follow Infrastructure Malta’s official channels.

Stay safe and drive responsibly!
