The Heritage Parks Federation Ranger Unit has appealed for caution from the public after a large boulder fell onto the Popeye Village park site on Thursday.
The HPF Ranger Unite called upon the public to stay away from any cliff edges during this weather, with the team checking for any damages and dangers at the park boundary soon after.
Popeye Village has been reportedly closed until further notes, with many including the HPF Rangers Unit reiterating that the public’s safety is their own responsibility, highlighting the importance of taking safety precautions and recognising any potential risks.
