3 reasons why The Travellers are the gift that keeps on giving this Christmas

Dec 7 2020 Share

The Travellers have become a staple of the Maltese music scene, holding it down for our sister island with one hit after the other and they’ve brought us all the love we required in the year we needed them most.

Their first Christmas greeting came in the form of ‘X’inhu l-Milied Għalik?’, a modern Maltese Christmas song delivered in the typical Travellers fashion; fresh, local and catchy! We think we’ll be whistling this one for years to come.

The second, an entry close to our hearts – their song ‘Gwerra’ from the ‘Iljuni Fis-Silġ’ album being featured in our Malta Daily X GO Christmas Ad, which brought the much needed Maltese Christmas spirit and warmed our hearts.

FINALLY – the fact that they have yet another album coming out is the best Christmas present we could ask for and if you know The Travellers, you know they’ll live up to the hype.
