Beloved animated series Phineas and Ferb is making its much-anticipated return in 2025 on Disney+ and Disney Channel. The revival was officially announced by co-creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh during a New York Comic-Con panel. Fans can expect the majority of the original voice cast to reprise their roles, including Vincent Martella as Phineas Flynn and David Errigo Jr. as Ferb Fletcher, alongside Ashley Tisdale (Candace), Caroline Rhea (Linda Flynn-Fletcher), Dee Bradley Baker (Perry the Platypus), and Alyson Stoner (Isabella).

Povenmire and Marsh, who will also return as the voices of Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz and Major Monogram, teased an exciting lineup of guest stars, featuring famous actors, musicians, and athletes. Minister Bonnici also referenced Dun Karm’s 1921 anthem, “To the Maltese People,” which celebrated the granting of the Constitution and reflected his commitment to the nation’s sovereignty.

Among those present at the ceremony were Floriana Mayor Nigel Holland, members of the Local Council, Professor Joe Borg, representatives from the Maltese Academy, and Festivals Malta CEO Frans Agius.

This ceremony is part of a series of events honoring Dun Karm’s literary and historical contributions, which have played a vital role in shaping Maltese identity and culture. His legacy continues to inspire generations, emphasizing the importance of national pride and independence.
