Oct 27 2021 Share

Local activist and media personality took to Facebook today to upload a tear-jerking video tribute to his long-time friend and colleague Joe Debono, who died today after a battle with ALS. Debono was most commonly known for his portrayal of popular TV character ‘James Bondin’, who would frequently appear on Xarabank.

In his video, which Peppi said was a ‘farewell to his brother’, one could see excerpts of Joe’s participation in various TV programmes, including TV appearances where the personality would call for donations for the second ‘Dar Bjorn’, a home for ALS sufferers.

Prof. Gauci assured the public that they do not have to worry about eligibility for a booster as their vaccination is still valid. That means that anyone wanting to go abroad, eat at restaurants or attend any form of event can show their vaccine certificate and they should be accepted.
