People born in April are the sexiest says new research

People born in April are the sexiest says new research
Oct 15 2021 Share

Research group ‘FROM MARS’ embarked on a mission to reveal the months of the year which produce the ‘sexiest’ people. The research is based on ‘500 of the world’s sexiest celebrities., using lists of the sexiest male and female celebrities from Ranker. Taking the birthdays of each celebrity, they correlated the 12 Zodiac star signs with the 12 months of the year. They thus concluded that April, who racked up 60 celebrities, had the largest number of sexy celebrities, followed closely by August and February.

Of course, the metrics of what makes a celebrity sexier than others is unclear. But the group seems to have it figured out, with April featuring the likes of Gal Gadot, Emma Watson and Michael Fassbender. With the likes of Wonder Woman in the mix, we can see why the list was being touted by many. August packs Chris Hemsworth (Thor himself) and Halle Barry. If you’re wondering who got the bottom rung, its May, June and lastly July. Sorry July babies… guess From Mars did you dirty.

Oct 15 2021 Share

The 21-year-old TikTok star Addison Rae, who amassed a whopping 85 million followers, has just received a permanent ban from the platform. Rae became the third biggest creator on the platform, but just shared a screenshot of a message which reads; ‘Your account was permanently banned due to multiple violations of our Community Guidelines.’

The TikToker replied by joking; ‘Well time to get a job’, despite her account, as of time of writing, seemingly back up and running… that didn’t last long.

Rae is best known for her dancing videos and having just befriended Kourtney Kardashian. Rae has also made her movie debut in Netflix’s remake of a classic rom-com ‘He’s All That’. Rae was also named the highest earning creator on TikTok, with Forbes estimating that she earned $5 million last year.

New relaxed measures for events announced by Health Minister

Oct 15 2021 Share

Addressing a press conference, Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister Chris Fearne announced some new pandemic restriction easing when it comes to evens. The first notable measure was to change the number of people around a table during seated events such as a wedding limiting access to vaccinated, going up from 6 to 8 individuals. If tables are outside, the distance also decreases to one meter whereas if the table is inside, the distance goes down to one and a half metres.

For seated events limited to vaccinated people, events such as weddings can now reduce the distance between clusters of people to one metre whilst also increasing the capping to 300 individuals from 100. Events for vaccinated people also required kids under 12 to present negative PCR or Rapid Tests due to not being eligible for the jab. This measure will now be removed starting Monday, meaning families with vaccinated adults accompanying anyone under 12 no longer need PCRs for the children.

Fearne also revealed that the test event results are being analysed to see whether any more updates to other events or contexts such as schools and Christmas events can take place. The results will be finalised by the end of the week and announced subsequently.

When it comes to public transport, including fast ferry services, the previous requirements stated that they do not exceed their 65% capacity. This will go up to 80% as of next Monday.

Travelling restrictions will also see some countries being removed from the dark red list and others returned to it. This has to do mainly with the MU variant being considered as a variant of not interest but not one of concern, whilst some countries, like Russia, have detected increasing numbers of cases and deaths ever since the pandemic hit.

Election will allegedly take place on 27 November according to JD Patrick

Election will allegedly take place on 27 November according to JD Patrick
Oct 15 2021 Share

Speaking on The Morning Vibe, JD Patrick has reported that he was commissioned by the Nationalist Party to discover and announce that the general election will take place, allegedly, on the 27 of November. He said that the PN commissioned the radio host to discover the news in ‘everyone’s best interest’, going on to alleged that the 27th of November is the chosen date.

He explains to his radio co-hosts that he wasn’t commissioned to reveal the date but to discover it. His co-hosts Martina and Jonathan Abel expressed their fair share of doubt, but also prompted further answers, with Jonathan asking when it will be announced as this would make the election super close. JD, holding up a paper with the alleged date written down, did not want to reveal any more details, but his co-hosts started to assume that it will be announced next week. So far, PM Robert Abela has remained evasive about answering questions about the election, stating instead that he wishes to focus on the implementation of the Budget.
