On Sunday, October 29, 2023, over 2,000 individuals donned Spider-Man costumes and assembled at the Obelisk in Buenos Aires, Argentina, successfully setting a new world record for the highest number of people dressed as the beloved Marvel superhero.
The event, organised by Argentine influencer Uki Deane, aimed to surpass a previous record of 685 Spider-man costumes in Malaysia.Images shared by Daily News saw costumed Spider-Men recreate the iconic pointing meme, dogs dressed as the web slinger and hundreds of other versions of the beloved comic book character.
