Onlyfans users crash similar site Fansly after sexual content ban
Technology

As OnlyFans site introduced an impending ban on explicitly sexual content which is set to come into effect in October, users have flooded a similar platform called Fansly. The online migration of content creators onto Fansly resulted in the crash of the site as a statement was issued by the platform revealing how 4000 applications were being received every hour.

As Fansly’s staff are working around the clock to expand their team to handle the volume of applications, OnlyFans is still facing immense criticism. Fansly too has criticised the decision by OnlyFans, hoping that they go back on their decision. The new site, which seems to be quickly becoming a user favourite, offers the ability to send mass messages instantly and 24/7 support. It is also commended for being sex worker and SFW content friendly.#MaltaDaily
