The brand-new Msida St. Theresa Primary School has officially opened its doors to the public following a €24 million investment.
This state-of-the-art facility includes 40 modern classrooms, a childcare center, a cutting-edge public library accessible to all, and a spacious hall that can accommodate up to 300 students for assemblies.
The Msida Primary School is also making history as Malta’s first-ever carbon-neutral school.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the school features eco-friendly elements such as wall and ceiling insulation to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature year-round. Moreover, rainwater will be collected in specialised reservoirs for reuse in irrigation and sanitary systems.
