New Love Island Bombshell Edera’s Mum and sister Opens Up about Edera’s Personal Struggles & Her Experience So Far

May 29 2025 Share

Edera entered the Love Island Malta villa this week, showcasing her bold personality and fresh perspective.

In a Facebook post, her mother and sister opened up about Edera’s journey, both inside and outside the villa, addressing her personal struggles and the challenges she has faced so far.

Her mother praised her for her honest approach to questions such as “Who do you think is dishonest in the villa?” Her family stressed that her comments reflected her personal perspective and were never intended to cause harm.

However, they expressed concern over personal attacks that have surfaced online, particularly those targeting Edera’s appearance and her past struggles with anorexia.

They added that this type of criticism is strongly condemned, emphasising that such personal attacks go beyond the bounds of typical reality TV drama and are completely unacceptable.

Edera’s family also urged fans and viewers to allow the girls involved to handle their differences privately and maturely, rather than airing conflicts publicly on social media something they believe is unhelpful to everyone involved.

New Sports Zones for Kids Open at Sant’Antnin Park in Marsaskala

May 29 2025 Share

Sant’Antnin Park in Marsaskala has become even more appealing with the addition of two new sports-circuit zones designed by Project Green, aimed at encouraging physical activity among children and youths.

The two areas feature age-appropriate equipment: one for children aged 5 to 12, and another for those aged 13 and over. Among the installations are climbing nets, monkey bars, and ninja step plates, with clear signage provided to guide users on safe and proper use.

During a visit by Environment Minister Miriam Dalli and the Marsaskala Local Council, Architect Chiara Darmanin from Project Green explained that the new facilities give younger visitors the opportunity to train and stay active in a safe, outdoor environment.

Minister Dalli praised the initiative, noting that such projects help bring communities together. “These spaces are meant to create memories, encourage physical activity, and bring people closer,” she said, adding that another large recreational area had just been inaugurated in Pembroke.

Marsaskala Mayor Mario Calleja also encouraged young people to make good use of the park. “We welcomed this initiative because our children need more safe, inclusive spaces. I urge everyone to enjoy and protect it from vandalism,” he said.
