Taking to his Instagram story, olympian Neil Agius shared clips of him training in the early hours of the morning ahead of yet another open water world record.
Agius will be going for a 160km swim around the Maltese archipelago this September – a full 3 days (175,000 strokes) of non-stop swimming.

And of course, this means he’ll be facing the dead of night in the water. Neil has already done this before, but clips like these show exactly what the swimmer will be going through.
