Speaking during an Instagram Live, ex-Love Island Malta contestants Nate and Soulayma revealed that they think none of the current couples in the villa will last until the very end.

The two were eliminated in the same episode, the only ones to leave the villa after Sabrina decided to leave herself.

The current couples include Dale & Nicola, Sven & Gabrielle, Marie Christine & Kyle and Chelsea & Allen. Meanwhile, Shanice, Timmy and Andriy are not in a couple.

Tonight will see another re-coupling taking place in the villa, which will put Nate and Soulayma’s claim to the test. However, according to the pair, a new couple will win the competition.

Do you agree?

Following its very recent release, Rob Marshall’s ‘The Little Mermaid’ has become the best fan rated live action Disney film on Rotten Tomatoes.

The film, which stars Halle Bailey as Ariel, racked a whopping 95% audience score on the film ranking website, compared to a 68% tomatometer score.

The movie’s release on May 26 has reportedly already generated around $200 million at the box office.

Compared to audience scores of other live action Disney remakes, Aladdin racked just 57% whereas Mulan racked 47%. Cinderella sits at 78% and the Jungle Book has an 86% score.

This movie faced massive fan backlash, primarily by internet trolls, resulting in a massive online feud. Most of if centred around Bailey’s casting, with some attributing this backlash to racism.

Others argued against the film due to them seeing Disney as simply rehashing classic movies into live action. On the flip side, many others supported the film’s release, praising the actress’ performance.

With lots of other performances and even the return of the Promising Young Dancers, the final night will be full of dance, emotion and spectacle.

Priest guilty for saying being gay worse than being possessed

Priest guilty for saying being gay worse than being possessed
May 31 2023 Share

David Muscat, a local priest, has been handed a six-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, after arguing that being gay is worse than being possessed by the devil.

Muscat had made comments on Facebook concerning Abner Aquilina, who was accused of murdering Paulina Dembska.

Muscat was arraigned in January of last year, charged with incitement to hatred or violence over comments about homosexuality. Muscat had claimed that Aquilina being gay was worse than being possessed by the devil.

A magistrate’s court had dismissed the case, arguing that Muscat was merely expressing opinion. The Attorney General appealed the decision, with the original verdict overturned on Wednesday by a court of appeal.
