Mystery Question Mark Box Appears In Valletta

A massive black question mark, ‘?’, on a pink box has appeared in the entrance to the capital city of Valletta.
We too, have questions as to what this could possibly symbolise as people make their way in and out of the capital city past it.
Guess we’ll have to wait and see what this is all about. Do you have any ideas?
