In an effort to raise funds for the Association for Abandoned Animals, various Maltese artists are creating oil on canvas portraits of many of the dogs residing at the local shelter.

Portraits have been made of four dogs: Rosie, Belinda, Brown and May – all lovely four-pawed friends looking for a forever home.

The paintings were created by artists Joan Zammit Cutajar, Roberta Zammit Cutajar, Wilhelmina Wirth and Arlette Zammit – and all of them capture the dogs’ vibrant personalities and loving nature.

All proceeds made from painting sales will go to raise funds for the AAA as they continue to raise awareness about dogs looking for their new family!
