In a message from MCAST, Swieqi local council candidate and student Jordan Galea Pace spoke about the ordeal MCAST students currently find themselves in.
Due to no agreements between the MUT and the government, directives at MCASt currently mean that students will not have their marks handed to them, leaving them in limbo as to whether they will graduate or move on to the next year.

Galea Pace has said that it is unfair on students to get stuck in the middle of the inability to strike a deal, whilst also acknowledging the plight of teachers who have been negotiating for two years for better working conditions.
Galea Pace, with the support of his fellow students, called for the a resolution to the negotiations so that the students can fairly carry on with their education.
