Mater Dei staff nurse receives second dose of COVID-19 vaccine

Mater Dei staff nurse Rachel Grech has received the second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine after being administered the first dose three weeks ago.
This makes the nurse the first Maltese citizen to receive the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, with other front-liners and medical staff to follow soon after.
Health Minister Dr. Chris Fearne had announced that by Monday, 13,275 vaccines will have been administered in Malta.
