Marsa Junction Project expected to be ready by end of February; minor changes left

The Marsa Junction Project is expected to be ready by the end of this month. This was the largest capital investment project taken by Infrastructure Malta since its establishment.

Infrastructure Malta CEO, Fredrick Azzopardi said that 97% of this project is now finished and that this junction constitutes for the heaviest areas of traffic in Malta and will now span 12 kilometres with various courses at three levels and without traffic lights.

This project is expected to reduce travel time ey 80% and it will also do its part when it comes to the reduction of traffic pollution.

Town switches Christmas lights back on to lift spirits during lockdown

Officials in Tankerton, Kent, decided to bring back the Christmas lights in their town after locals voted in favour of the idea.

Hundreds of locals showed support and even donated money to fund it. This campaign was largely spearheaded by a group of Tankerton businesses called the ‘Talk of Tankerton’.

One of the co-founders of ‘Talk of Tankerton’ said that it seemed to dull and dark to remove the lights right after Christmas and New Year all while going into lockdown as well. She said that everyone needs a bit of light and sparkle, especially during a lockdown to make them smile.

Twitter confirms that Donald Trump ban is forever

Twitter has confirmed that their decision was final! The former US president will not be coming back to Twitter.

Twitter’s own CFO, Ned Segal said that, even if Trump were to run for public office again, he still wouldn’t be allowed back on the platform.

Segal said that their policies are simple, once you’re removed from the platform, you’re removed from the platform. here’s no coming back.

He also mentioned that Twitter’s policies are specifically designed to make sure that p[eople do not incite violence and that if anybody does that, they have to remove them.

Kim Kardashian claps back at people who do not believe daughter’s painting

Kim Kardashian West makes the headlines once again after controversy broke out regarding the legitimacy of her daughter’s painting.

Kardashian West had shared a photo of a mountain-side landscape with the caption ‘my little artist North’, which led to a flurry of social media posts doubting the possibility that her daughter actually painted the painting.

The TV star quickly clapped back, sharing that North is taking serious oil painting lessons and that it took several weeks to complete.

Elsewhere, a TikToker, claiming to be the daughter of the art teacher confirmed that North did in fact paint the painting as it is part of the regular coursework.
