Albeit having longer days and normally being a gateway month to the Maltese summer, March’s average temperature was recorded to be slightly lower than January and February.
The Malta Airport Meteorological Office reported that the month’s average temperature was 13.8°C, ranging between the lowest 8°C and highest 20.5°C. March was also partially windier than usual, with the Met Office reporting an average of 9.6 knots for wind speed over the forecasted 9.4 knots.
Following Friday’s windy weather, Saturday’s weather is expected to have rather strong to strong winds (F5-6) with a chance of rain towards the morning and partially cloudy weather during the afternoon.
