A man in Floriana was filmed in Floriana publicly touching himself as he follows the group doing the filming.
The persons filming are utterly baffled by what they are witnessing, slowly moving away whilst also laughing at the disturbing scene.The man follows them quite some distance before the video is cut off. The identity of the man has not yet been disclosed.
