In his latest art piece, internationally acclaimed local graffiti artist Twitch put up a caricature of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as movie hero Rambo.

The artwork depicts Zelenskyy as a rocket-launching macho-man Rambo followed by two war tanks on the backdrop of the Ukrainian flag.

The art was inspired by ‘First Blood’ and is intended to ‘honour the determination of the Ukrainian people following the 100 day mark of resistance of Putin’s twisted invasion.’

Twitch is no stranger to such controversial street art. Having toured Europe to leave his iconic tags and burns which deal various hot topics, Twitch raised some eyebrows back in 2018 following a piece which ‘showcases the surreal situation in Malta.’

The island, he had said, ‘is run by vultures eager to scavenge as much cash as possible whilst all the serious issues seem to get conveniently swept under the carpet.’ He said that under the carpet we can find the ‘the death of the environment, Daphne’s bombed car, Pilatus bank and Panama air.’

Twitch does not shy away from spraying such political commentary through his exquisite art, taking jabs at even International crises and political realities.

@johnnydepp

To all of my most treasured, loyal and unwavering supporters. We’ve been everywhere together, we have seen everything together. We have walked the same road together. We did the right thing together, all because you cared. And now, we will all move forward together. You are, as always, my employers and once again I am whittled down to no way to say thank you, other than just by saying thank you. So, thank you. My love & respect, JD

Apple iOS 16 will allow users to un-send and edit text messages

Apple iOS 16 will allow users to un-send and edit text messages
Jun 7 2022 Share

There are some big changes coming for iPhone users as the iOS 16 is set to introduce some groundbreaking new features.

Announced during Apple’s WWDC 2022 event, the latest update to the iPhone will allow all users to edit and even un-send messages sent in the Messages app. It is set to be released this September 2022, but this is just speculation.

The news was shared by software engineering senior VP Craig Federighi as he revealed that users will be able to mark threads as unread so they can return to them later. However, the edit/un-send feature will be available for 15 minutes after the message was initially sent.

Users can even recover texts up to 30 days after they are sent. The presentation of the features showed exactly how this works. Users will have access to what is known as the ‘Undo Send’ button if what they said wasn’t quite exactly what they intended.

The change comes as various other platforms include new message features for their users to use. Apple also discontinued the iPod this year, bringing to an end an entire era of music access as more preferable streams are used.
