A 33-year-old man who lives in Sliema was injured early this morning at around 4:30 AM.
Authorities report that the man is from Turkey and that the other man is still unidentified.
The 33-year-old was given medical assistance on-site and then taken to hospital where his injuries were confirmed as grievous.

Following reports of a local shortage in HIV treatment, the Health Ministry has announced that it will be investing more than €3 million in advanced treatments for the illness.
The Ministry also announced that these medicines have begun distribution this week and that it will take all necessary steps so that patients receive the adequate care available to them.
