Malta Police Force Celebrates Pope Francis’ 88th Birthday In Rome

The Malta Police Band recently embarked on a landmark visit to Rome and Vatican City, marking an extraordinary occasion with a series of  performances. The visit began with a captivating concert at the iconic Minor Basilica of San Andrea Della Valle, where the Band shared the stage with the esteemed Musical Band of the Corpo della Gendarmeria Vaticana, showcasing a harmonious blend of musical excellence and tradition.

A highlight of this visit was the Band’s unique honor of performing during the General Audience to celebrate the 88th birthday of His Holiness Pope Francis, adding a heartfelt Maltese touch to the festivities.Back home, locals expressed positivity and support for the Band’s achievements, as evident from the overwhelmingly positive response.
