Francis Zammit Dimech was given one final farewell by the Nationalist Party, with members of the Opposition carrying the coffin during the funeral.

‘Thank you for all that you were’, the PN wrote in a statement. ‘A gentleman of politics, an example of loyalty and a politics of service.’

Monsignor Claude Portelli described Zammit Dimech as a politician who always worked to find what unites us rather than what divides us – a politician whose end goal was the common good, mostly for those most vulnerable.

On his part, Nationalist Party leader Bernard Grech thanked Francis from the bottom of his heart for his friendship, his advice, his humane leadership and service.

Funded by Arts Council Malta, this EP represents a pivotal moment in Tara’s artistic journey, laying the foundation for the music she plans to release in 2025.

The EP features three deeply personal tracks: “confessional,” “me, myself and I,” and “greedy for your eyes.” Each song blends raw emotion with sonic storytelling, creating a unique and intimate listening experience.

The tracks range from contemporary pop ballads to dark electro indie, capturing Tara’s vulnerability and strength.

Tara describes confessional as more than just an EP—it’s an exploration of personal revelations and an unfiltered look at her journey. “I wanted to create something honest, music that feels like a conversation, a diary entry, a late-night thought,” she explains.

“This project has been three years in the making, with songs written between 2022 and 2024, evolving alongside me as both an artist and a person.”

Now, after years of soul-searching, Tara is excited to share her work with the world, marking the start of a new chapter in her musical career.

The man was fully aware of being filmed as he shoved the bottle into the machine and pulled it back out, attempting to trick the machine into thinking he is recycling it for vouchers.

A passer by even stops to see what the man is doing, which the person being filmed had no problem with showing.

The person posting the video to the group urged BCRS to take note of the action.
