Malta is vaccinating fastest in Europe, Chris Fearne reports

Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister Chris Fearne has reported that Malta is vaccinating fastest in Europe, with regards to the COVID-19 vaccinations which had started on 27 December.

The shared infographic, illustrated by ‘Our World in Data’, puts Malta at the top of the chart, with Denmark in close second place.

The chart refers to cumulative COVID-19 vaccine doses per 100 people, counting single doses and may not equal the total number of people vaccinating, but puts Malta and Denmark vastly ahead of many other European countries.

Bay’s Baes? Daniel & Ylenia romance continues

Rumours 🤐 had emerged last week about the possibility of a fling between two of bay radio’s hosts, Daniel & Ylenia. ❤️️

After loads of speculation, an instagram story posted on Bay’s official instagram page by Taryn and Dj Pierre Cordina might have answered the BIG question, as the 2 were caught being too comfortable together at the background.

During the story Ylenia appears to caress Daniel while working.

Rosianne Cutajar shares TikTok celebrating women

Rosianne Cutajar has shared a TikTok video which celebrates women and women’s empowerment as the gender quota bill is currently being discussed in Parliament.

She first featured a number of photos of women at home doing different kind of chores, captioned “where sexists think women should be”.

After, she featured photos of multiple successful Maltese women in politics such as; herself at the parliament of Malta, Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca who served as the ninth President of the Republic of Malta, Josianne Cutajar at the European Parliament and ended with a photo of Dr. Charmaine Gauci, who is leading the Maltese islands in its battle against the coronavirus pandemic. All these photos were featured with the caption: “Were we actually should be”

For those of you that don’t know, practically all the Team of La Buona Trattoria del Nonno are ex-London work colleagues of Kane who became close friends and are now a big part of their family of staff!
