Bonnici also outlined future plans for Malta’s traditional feasts, including initiatives to promote their growth and enhance international visibility. He emphasized that the government remains committed to strengthening the Maltese festa.

The event, Fuq Il-Festa 2024, will be a full-day celebration featuring hundreds of musicians performing Malta’s most iconic festa marches, forming the largest band ever assembled in the country. On that day, a new march composed by Ray Sciberras will also be premiered.
