Local podcast host Sayan Cassar took to social media recently to raise concerns over a recent video which made rounds online of a woman who claimed that River of Love Pastor Gordon Manche had cured her cyst.
Sayan, who hosts a podcast related to the paranormal and other related subjects, posted a video urging anyone who needs medical assistance to seek professional help from a doctor and not a pastor.
The woman detailed how whilst attending a conference, she received healing after the pastor sent out prayers to a person in the crowd who had a cyst.
She claimed that she went home and checked under her arm and found that the cyst had been cured, with her husband reportedly confirming the same miracle.
Sayan urged that the pastor is playing with people’s psyches and that this is dangerous, potentially stopping people from seeking medical assistance. He went on to tag Superintendent for Public Health Charmaine Gauci, saying that he filed a report with the health authorities.

This is not the first time a congregant of River of Love has claimed to been healed by the pastor’s prayers, with another recently claiming to have been healed from haemorrhoids.
