The Sinulog—Santo Nino Festival is an annual religious festival held on the third Sunday of January and is a core tenet of the Santo Nino Christian celebrations in the Philippines.
‘The Santo Niño de Cebú is a Catholic title of the Child Jesus associated with a religious image of the Christ Child widely venerated as miraculous by Filipino Catholics.’
Filipino and Maltese watched on as the performers took to the streets in costume and with music to share with the community.
