Guests will witness the live breakdown of a 200kg fresh tuna by AKI’s expert chefs, showcasing a masterclass in precision, skill, and artistry. From the moment the fish is brought in, to the meticulous slicing and immediate preparation of each dish, AKI’s celebration of Japanese gastronomy is not to be missed.
Throughout the evening, a special tasting menu will be served, crafted entirely from the freshly carved tuna. Expect top-quality sushi, sashimi, and innovative Japanese cuisine that celebrates the freshness and flavour of the sea.
