From the moment you step inside, it’s clear: this is more than just a juice bar. Three years ago, Abrazo opened its doors with a simple but powerful idea—fresh flavours, real connections, and a space that feels like home. Today, as they celebrate their third anniversary, it’s clear that Abrazo has become more than just a juice bar. It’s a lifestyle, a meeting place, and a community.

The Abrazo story began with two friends, Godwin Mckay and Sean Zachory Ellingsen, who met in Copenhagen in 2019. Their bond was built on a shared love for coffee, good food, and great company. They dreamed of opening a place that reflected their values, but the idea remained just that—a dream.

That all changed in 2021 when Sean visited Malta for the first time. Inspired by the island’s energy, they decided: this is where it should happen. One year later, Abrazo was born. Their concept? Simple but different. Not just a juice bar. Not just a coffee shop. But a place where everything comes together. And the people of Malta embraced it. In 2023, Abrazo expanded, launching a second location near the Skate Park by the University of Malta—a spot that quickly became a favourite hangout.
