Malta is considered to be one of the most queer-friendly places in the world, with our tiny Mediterranean island being a frontrunner with regards to LGBTIQA+ rights across Europe.
Despite the fact that our nation is ranked first on the Rainbow Europe Map & Index, apart from welcoming EuroPride 2023 to our shores in just a few days, it’s always a good idea to be aware of where your country stands and what you can do to make it better.
That’s why Malta’s very own youth council Kunsill Nazzjonali taż-Żgħażagħ (KNŻ) is conducting a survey about LGBTIQA+ rights in Malta.
Now’s your chance to voice your concerns and address real issues and situations happening in the country right now in attempt to further understand the country’s progress with regards to equality and rights. By answering a few simple questions and commenting on Malta’s inclusivity, its status as a safe space for queer people and Malta’s tolerance to expression, you can build the bridge to a safer, more tolerant country.
You can find the survey by visiting this link so don’t miss out on your chance to contribute.
